Deborah Cecelia Henry-Wilfred began her career at Robert Fiancé Hair Design Institute in 1981. After receiving her cosmetology license, she pursued her Advance Education at Dudley’s Cosmetology University, Arrojo Masters of Beauty, Goldwell Global Academy and Miladycengage. Deborah Cecelia Henry-Wilfred began her career at Robert Fiancé Hair Design Institute in 1981. After receiving her cosmetology license, she pursued her Advance Education at Dudley’s Cosmetology University, Arrojo Masters of Beauty, Goldwell Global Academy and Miladycengage. Ten years later Deborah opened her first salon, Mirror Image Salon. To-date she renamed her home-based salon to Healthy Textures Hair Clinic LLC which is a Trichology clinic that focuses on hair loss and scalp disorders. The thirst for knowledge was overwhelming and Deborah decided to become an educator so she can give back from what she received. Deborah received her Teachers Certification at LIBS, then went on to become an Educator and Director at JWC Hightower School of Cosmetology in Brooklyn for three years. Deborah strive to remain at the top of her field as a Master Educator, Master Cosmetologist and now a Certified Trichologist by taking numerous Advance Education in the field. In addition, she has an Associates Degree in Business Management and a Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing. Her life mission is to re-educate Cosmetologist in cosmetology field. She now teaches at Empire Beauty School in Manhattan New York as an Advance Educator and is proud of her advancement. In 2008, she became Educator of the year; 2011 and 2015, Regional Educator of the month for Empire Education Group in Brooklyn and Manhattan School. Her mission as an Educator is to educate her students so they can excel in their chosen field.
On March 27, 2011, she became the first to receive the Madam C J Walker Award presented by Tywan Williams CEO of HairManiaNYC, which was one of her proudest moments.

Jalessa Wilfred grew up under the family of Cosmetologist. At the age of 14 she started doing her friends hair in her aunt basement and gain great experience through it. She had plans to become a fashion designer, however it seems like hair was in a her blood. She attended American Barber Institute where she earned her Master Barber Lice
Jalessa Wilfred grew up under the family of Cosmetologist. At the age of 14 she started doing her friends hair in her aunt basement and gain great experience through it. She had plans to become a fashion designer, however it seems like hair was in a her blood. She attended American Barber Institute where she earned her Master Barber License then she when on to received her Natural Hairstyling Licensed where she now can focus on Hair Replacement for clients who can’t regain their hair. In addition to that she also is a Certified Hair Practitioner, Jalessa believe in promoting healthy Hair and Scalp to her clients to prevent hair damage and hair loss. Her brand name Treat_Style Repeat says it all.
